Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley Nocera has not spoken about her family members however she credits her father for instilling her passion for fitness. He was a bodybuilder when he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley began to exercise physically at the age of four. She began taking swimming lessons at age four old, and continued for 10 more. In the past, she competed in many events but was never dedicated enough because she was not ready to be put on strict diet in order that her body would be able to give its best. A beautiful appearance as well as a figure that was curvy made her a popular when she was in highschool. It isn't known whether Ashley was ever involved with someone throughout that period. After she matriculated Ashley was able to decide not to attend in a college program but rather focus on her career of being a fitness model. Ashley was only 15 when she began to be unhappy about her appearance. Her grandfather encouraged her and she decided to join the gym. Although she followed his advice and started off slowly she didn't know the extent to which she would go on for her entire life sculpting her body and gradually becoming an exercise icon. Motivated by her victory Ashley competed in her first competition at World Championships in 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and won seventh place she found herself motivated by her performance in what she viewed as a defeat and went on to train even harder. After winning fifth place at the 2014 WBFF World Championships, Ashley made the decision to not compete anymore. As she was competing and was offered opportunities to do photoshoots. It was not a mix-up of her work and decided to decline. However, now that she has quit competing Ashley has made the decision to be a fitness model. The magazine featured her on the cover page of an acclaimed fitness magazine that instantly launched her career of becoming a fitness model after she was signed by a modelling agency. In the years since, she has gained a reputation as a sought-after model. Her appearances have been in many bikini and apparel businesses and was featured on the cover of a well-known fitness magazine.
