Ashley Nocera has not spoken about her family members however she credits her father for instilling her passion for fitness. He was a bodybuilder when he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley began to exercise physically at the age of four. She began taking swimming lessons at age four old, and continued for 10 more. In the past, she competed in many events but was never dedicated enough because she was not ready to be put on strict diet in order that her body would be able to give its best.
